Driving the supercars

Sometime last year I wondered aloud whether spending several hundred thousand pounds on a supercar was actually worth it. It was a genuine question - apart from watching Top Gear, my only frame of reference is I once hired an Audi A5 to drive to a wedding.

How to make a modern Star Wars film

I just saw Solo: A Star Wars story and enjoyed it. Like Rogue One, it managed to take a relatively obscure part of the background to the original movies and make a pretty interesting story out of it. However, having now watched both of these films, I think I've figured out Disney's formula for making them.

Dear Amazon,

Please don't close Lovefilm down.

Yes, it many ways it was archaic, inefficient and probably not very profitable. Yes, it was literally written as LOVEFiLM and navigating the homepage without the mouse triggering those popups and making the screen jump to the wrong place was a frustrating affair, but please don't close it down.

I don't have another way of watching movies.
