In which I ramble vaguely about stuff that happened recently, and everyone is relieved I didn't try to devote an entire post to any one of these things.

This is a personal challenge that's way overdue.

I didn't completely enjoy Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. I've been trying to understand why, but it wasn't until I started watching Rogue One again that I began to formulate some thoughts.

Oh, um, spoilers. Obviously.

In which I have a brush with fame, eat something unusual and become astonished by London again. Also something surprising.

Dear Marvel Studios,

At long last I've finally managed to watch Avengers: Endgame, and all the movies that preceded it, and I wanted to say thank you.

Not just for a great movie, but for something far more significant. For letting me go.
