When I was a child we would go to Cornwall for our summer holiday. While we were there we always went to Dobwalls Adventure Park, a miniature railway themed fun park. It was brilliant.

Sadly, it closed forever in 2006, and there's little evidence that it ever existed.

Prior to the rallying revolution that was 1998's Colin McRae Rally the nineties was a bit thin on the ground for decent rally games. The overly named Network Q RAC Rally Championship was therefore quite an exciting thing, particularly as it featured a stage near where I grew up.

Multiplayer in MudRunner is a bit of a missed opportunity. It's hampered by confusing menus and the occasional bug, and once you're in there's no direction on what to do, unless slowly delivering logs with your friends appeals.

But I'm going to ignore all of that so that I can explain the joy of playing multiplayer MudRunner with my Dad. We don't get to play very often - small snatches of gameplay at random times - but when we do, it's a wonderful thing.
