A rebellion of sorts

Welcome to Lego Heights comic number 7. Now officially numerically superior to the Star Wars films. How's about that, eh? It's only taken, what, two years? Wowza.

Anyway. The basic idea for this one came about when I noticed that without intention, Han and Luke were becoming the main characters in most of these comics (plus a few more that are yet to be finished). The fourth wall gets broken quite a lot in the following pages, or at least gets mildly bruised a few times. That's quite fun to do, it turns out.

Some nerdy details to point out. The bench was built from scratch for the first panel, but I liked it so much it appears in the background quite a lot during the rest of the strip. Although Han's sitting at it, it needs to be dismantled for this to happen. You might also be interested (hmm I just mistyped that as 'you might almost be interested' - Freudian) to note the architecture in the background, particularly the column and the curved wall.

The other 'main' character in this comic (in case you're wondering) is the Rebel snow trooper from the original snowspeeder set. He seemed ideal to lead this rebellion. His cohorts on this page are the original A-wing pilot (I have the new one too, but he has pink skin), Bib Fortuna, a clone trooper (from the clone troopers battle pack thing) and Dack, the other snowspeeder pilot. I've literally only just realised he and the snow trooper are from the same set. Spooky. I was a bit worried people might confuse him with Luke (apart from the head the minifigs are identical) but... well, I wasn't that worried.
