Panel one is a vague attempt at poking fun at myself and the ridiculousness (is that a word?) of this whole story, in particular the fact that Ewok minifigs feature shorter-than-regular-minifig legs that don't bend. So how could they possibly kick a ball? Why, the whole thing is so amusingly absurd. Ah ha ha ha.

The first shots of the football pitch I constructed in the backyard of Lego Heights appear here, with the crowd composed of almost all of my Star Wars minifigs. I kept trying to change their poses throughout shooting but you'll notice a few shots where I couldn't be bothered. For real Star Wars nuts, there's an in-joke built into this crowd (it's a bit tenuous, but you might get it), which is visible on this page. I also like the fact that Count Dooku (one of Star War's most terrifying villains - ooooh) has an icecream.
